Ingrid has over 29 years’ experience in the finance industry, including expertise in the areas of banking, credit, mortgage broking, risk and compliance, project and office management, aggregation, quality control, NCCP and responsible lending.

Ingrid has previously held roles at Challenge Bank, Citibank and most recently at NAB and PLAN Australia in leadership roles as National Manager of Broker Services and National Manager of Aggregation Services respectively. She now owns and runs her own communications business specialising in the finance industry.

In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys travelling, gardening, baking and spending time with her family (which includes watching her son play footy, basketball and hockey).
