Tope Lane Submits Plans for $110m Cremorne Office
Emerging Melbourne-based developer Tope Lane has lodged plans for a $110 million commercial development in the city’s inner-eastern suburb of Cremorne.
Plans have been put forward for a 9-storey office tower at 65-81 Dover Street, designed by Melbourne-based architect Fieldwork following a design competition.
The proposed A-grade office building will span 10,000sq m and features floorplates of between 1,500-1,800sq m to accommodate health-conscious tenants working to new standards following strict social distancing guidelines.
