Co-working comes to new 11-storey Collingwood office
A flagship leasing deal with flexible workspace provider International Workplace Group has kick-started construction on an 11-storey Collingwood office tower.
Financier turned developer AUS Finance Group has begun demolition of an existing building on its site at 71 Gipps Street to make way for the 9000 square metre office, which has a project value of $70.9 million.
