Open to wholesale investors only, the AUS Finance Group Construction Fund finances the construction of select medium density residential and mixed-use developments throughout Australia.

Secured by a first mortgage, all loans are reviewed and approved by the AUS Finance Group Product Investment Committee before being offered to investors as either direct investment or part of a syndicated investment.

Investments are contributory – investors selecting the loans and projects in which they invest with returns linked to underlying risk.
