Dural sits 36km north west of Central Sydney.  The area historically consisted of large acreage properties, typically in excess of 5 acres, with fragmented agricultural land.  The North West area is on the urban fringe and falls within the NSW State Government’s “Urban Growth Corridor”.  In addition to the new North West Metro rail link under construction, which will pass within 4km of both parcels, NSW State Govt is also undertaking the North Connex project which will link the nearby M2 motorway directly with the F1 freeway north to Newcastle.
